Meet Our Team

  • Allen Morrison, LPC-S, TA

I'm Allen Morrison, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have an MS in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University and a BA in Biology from Ouachita Baptist University. I am a licensed supervisor for LAC Supervision. For more information, go to the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling website: https://abec.statesolutions.us/.

During your first visit, you can expect to have your story heard, with the emphasis being on you. My goal is to help you feel safe so that you can be curious and explore what is most important to you. I meet people where they are and I am comfortable integrating faith into therapy, if that's your desire.

I'm trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a structured approach to therapy that yields significant results and works easily with individuals, relationships, and families. EFT helps you slow down the chaos so that you can organize your most painful places. With couples, I help them strengthen the bonds of the relationship so that they can work out life's hangups together. If you’d like to know more about EFT, go to https://iceeft.com/. There are some great videos to help explain this highly effective type of therapy.

  • Laura Brinker, LPC

Hello! My name is Laura Brinker. I have many years of experience working with clients with all kinds of needs. I believe in meeting you where you are. I use a lot of empathy in my counseling, making room for the hurts and hardships you feel and then helping you make sense of it. I am not afraid to go to the “scary” places with you, whether it’s a marriage that’s in trouble or trauma that you can’t seem to move past.

I have a varied background, including several years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy with diverse populations; crisis intervention services; and creating and delivering presentations on trauma, ethics, self-care, and human trafficking. My background helps me identify with you and help move you forward at your own pace, however fast or slow that may be.

I graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and earned my Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Arkansas.

  • Lisa Morrison, MSE, CLC

Hello! I’m Lisa Morrison. I fill a lot of roles here at Believe, but my focus in them all is to take care of you: in business, in coaching, or in pastoral counseling.

I like to call it pastoral counseling with bones in it. I work with both individuals and couples from within my fellowship. I aIso am a life coach with experience working with career directions/change, life phase issues, divorce, etc.

I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and have a Master of Science degree from Arkansas State University.
